Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been an Romanian/German film and television actress for more than a decade. Alexandra is known for the roles she played as a character in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. At the age of 16she already landed several television roles, for instance, the lead in the film Downfall Youth without Youth Control. Her fame was due to her role on Der Tunnel. This paved the way to other memorable roles, including Adolf Hitler's secretariat Traudl Junge. The Reader is another Oscar nominated film that features this stunning actress. Alexandra is involved in many important projects both locally and internationally. A few of them include the British biographical film Control, the Greek drama movie The Dust of Time, as well as the French historical mini-series Napoleon. She was also an adjudicator at the Transylvania International Film Festival as well as at the Cannes Film Festival.
